In its strategic position, overlooking the Lagarina Valley crossed by the Adige river, the fortress of the Castelbarco noble family emerges majestically from the mountainside through a circuit of ramparts castellated with towers, now a thriving garden. Inside the fortress, extraordinary 14th century frescoes featuring vivid scenes of love and war adorn the imposing Keep and the little Guardhouse.
