Strada del Vino Valpolicella

The VALPOLICELLA WINE ROAD ASSOCIATION is a European-recognised association of economic operators that promotes the region and its artistic, cultural and food and wine heritage. Its activities cover the area linked to the production of Valpolicella wine, which extends over 19 municipalities from Dolcè and Pescantina to Montecchia di Crosara.
The Valpolicella Wine Route guide aims to introduce readers to this special area, highlighting places of historical, cultural and scenic interest throughout the region.
Nine itineraries have been designed specifically for tourists, suggesting routes for discovering the beauty of the area. Along these routes, you will find the various businesses of our members.
It will therefore be possible to stop and taste delicious typical Veronese dishes at our restaurants and trattorias, stop for a tasting at our wineries, where tourists will be guests of authentic winemakers or historic noble estates, and, when tourists have more time available, they can discover the wonderful B&Bs, hotels and farmhouses that offer a wide range of services to ensure well-being, relaxation and serenity.
The guide is not intended to be a precise reference for the routes to follow, it does not specify altitudes, travel times and difficulties, but aims to describe Valpolicella and the nearby valleys, leaving tourists free to choose whether to travel by car, bicycle or on foot, or to be accompanied by our local guides.
The Valpolicella Wine Route is available for any information, queries or advice, to assist tourists during their stay, provide valuable advice and accompany them on their discovery of our area, B&Bs, hotels and farmhouses offering a wide range of services to ensure well-being, relaxation and serenity.
