You can then try delicate recipes based on lake fish accompanied by a glass of a scented Lugana or an intense Custoza, or let yourself be tempted by the savory first courses made with cheeses and game, accompanied by a rich Groppello wine or an elegant Garda Merlot.

Even the many proposals of the local oil mills arouse more and more interest in a tourism in search of flavor and quality on Lake Garda, as they offer visitors real tours, which from the olive grove cross the traditional oil mills and end with guided tastings, where it is possible to learn how to recognize all the characteristics of an excellent extra virgin olive oil.
